This is a PvP Lineage 2 server on the Interlude chronicle with an x25000 rate and its own custom additions; the implementation stays close to the official version. Enchanting: safe up to +15 and a maximum of +75. On failure, Blessed Scroll Enchant Armor and Weapon do not destroy the item but instead reset its enchant back to +15; the enchant chance is 25%. At the start, your character is created at level 80 and receives 2kkk Adena. The level stays at 80 even when you take a subclass, and the profession is obtained from a separate NPC. New jewelry, tattoos, shields, helmets, and rings of power are available. There are 5 tiers of armor, 5 of weapons, 4 of wings, 4 of helmets, 4 of jewelry, 3 of tattoos, and 2 types of shields. Six farming zones of varying difficulty have been prepared. Raid boss respawn time depends on the type: Upgrade RB and RBK take 5 minutes, mage and warrior tattoos take 30 minutes, wings and the free RB take 1 hour, donation RB takes 2 hours, premium RB takes 3 hours, and hero RB and noblesse RB take 4 hours. There are automatic events, a unique currency, new monsters, bosses, and NPCs, convenient shops and a buffer with profiles, quests, and drops from PK. There are no clan penalties, and the .menu command is provided to protect your account.

Five subclasses are available without a quest, along with simplified professions and Nobless; enchants and Life Stones stack. The buff system includes 36 slots: buffs from town NPCs last 1 hour, while those in castles and clan halls last 2 hours. NPC buffers are available in every town, with support for saving profiles and buffs on summons. The .b command prevents unnecessary buffs from being applied during PvP. Auto-events run around the clock: TvT, Benoms, Chaos, Last Hero, Inferno with four waves of mobs, King of Death, Capture the Flag, and a one-on-one PvP tournament. A special raid boss, King of Death, is located in the Old Refuge farm zone. The Olympiad is played on equal terms: on even days any gear is allowed, while on odd days it is limited to +6 without epics or augments. Medals unlock six collector levels, and weekly sieges are held.

Interlude — the chronicle that outlived everyone

Chronicle 6: Interlude was released in 2006 and forever changed Lineage 2. NCSoft added olympiad, hero system, clan halls via auction, Seven Signs, and Dimensional Rift. But the main thing — it gave players the formula that still works today: class balance, clear rules, minimum RNG outside of over-enchanting.

Why did C6 become "that very" chronicle? It's simple. Interlude has nothing extra. No elemental system, no vitality, no Awakening overhauls. There are 31 final professions, sub-classes, epic jewelry, and PvP where the one who best knows their class wins. The private scene picked up this version instantly — and hasn't let go.

Why C6 hasn't died for twenty years

Each subsequent chronicle complicated L2: Gracia added elements and vitality, GoD overhauled classes into Awakening system. Some players accepted the changes, some didn't. Interlude remained for those who want classic without compromises. Server files are polished to perfection, bugs are known and documented, and there are more build manuals than for any other chronicle.

On private servers, Interlude consistently ranks in the top-2 by popularity alongside High Five. At the same time, the entry threshold is lower: mechanics are more transparent, learning curve is smoother.

What you'll get on an Interlude server

31 sub-classes, Noblesse via quest chain, hero contention via olympiad. SA-weapon defines the build, augmentation grants powerful active skills to the best of the best. Epic RB (Antharas, Valakas, Baium, Zaken, Frintezza) — clans wage real wars for jewelry from them.

Castle Siege on Interlude is canonical. Without custom frills of later chronicles: everything comes down to tactics, force deployment, alliance coordination. Mass-PvP feels fair — organization wins, not the one who spent the most money.

Classes and meta: who rules on C6

In mass-PvP, Necromancer, Bishop (holding), and Spellhowler and Sorcerer (AoE damage) dominate. Daggers — Treasure Hunter and Abyss Walker — best choice for 1v1 and solo farming. Tanks (Dark Avenger, Paladin) hold the front on sieges, Warlord and Overlord carry clan content. BD + SWS — mandatory combo for any party.

Archer meta on Interlude is controversial: archers are strong in skilled hands but forgive mistakes less than daggers. Healer without a party is useless, but in a group — indispensable.

Who Interlude appeals to

Those who experienced L2 in 2006–2010 and want to return "home." Hardcore players for whom vitality and auto-fight are dirty words. Players not ready to deal with the multi-layered systems of GoD and Essence, but just log in, gather a party, and head to siege. If you need pure L2 — Interlude is exactly that.
