Elcardia is a private Lineage 2 server with greatly expanded stat limits. The project removes the standard caps on HP, MP and CP, as well as on movement speed, so these parameters no longer hit the usual ceiling. The limits for attack and defense values are raised significantly: the maximum physical attack speed reaches 24000, magic attack speed reaches 30000, and the critical damage cap is 4000. The caps on critical rate, accuracy and evasion are also increased. This setup is aimed at dynamic combat with enhanced characters.
